Equipment for Hire
Central Plateau REAP has two seminar rooms available for hire during morning, afternoon and evening. Weekend hire can also be arranged. The two seminar rooms can be opened into one large room for big groups.
Each room has whiteboard, chairs, tables, kitchen facilities.
Kitchen:
All rooms have shared access to full kitchen including stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Crockery, cups, glasses and catering equipment is available to room users at no additional cost. There will be an additional charge of $10 is the kitchen is left in an untidy state.
Catering:
REAP does not provide catering, however Reception will be happy to recommend someone, if you require catering. We can provide Tea, Coffee & Biscuits at $1 per head - please arrange when booking room.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in REAP buildings or on REAP grounds.

In addition to the Seminar Rooms we have a Boardroom which seats 12. This facility is charged out at a rate of $10.00 per hour.

We provide public access to our six flat-screen computers. Computers are available for word processing, database, spreadsheet etc. The public can use the internet, download digital images from cameras, send attachments.
